Our firm provides professional civil engineering, surveying, and land development planning services. REGA’s experience includes site design and development, roadway design, sanitary and water system design, pedestrian/recreational trails, roadway and parking lot lighting, land surveying, traffic engineering, planning services, grant writing, and construction observation for local entities and governmental offices. We have over 35 years of experience working with state and federally funded transportation projects including the Interstate System in Nebraska, railroads, developments, local counties, cities and villages.
