The Hills of Cedar Creek is a planned residential and commercial subdivision on the eastern limits of Council Bluffs, Iowa. The total development of approximately 232 acres shall be accomplished in three phases. Phase one is composed of roughly110 acres with 245 residential lots for single-family home construction as well as 160 additional townhome units. This infrastructure for phase one will be completed by December 2004. Future phases of the development will include approximately 12.6 acres of commercial zoned improvements and 25.6 acres of apartments. The complete subdivision development will include five stormwater detention basins and two stormwater retention basins.
