10th Street Viaduct
From Jackson St. to Pacific St., Omaha, NE
The completely new 10th St., viaduct was constructed over 2 years from 2000' to 2002'. The $17 million dollar project was part of the on-going renovation and enhancement of the downtown area. Ehrhart Griffin and Associates compiled a series of their surveys that had been performed on various areas adjacent to the viaduct, integrated them and revised them to conform to the State of Nebraska specifics, which included translating all data to metric units. Ehrhart Griffin was then hired to provide construction staking and control for the project as a result of their extensive knowledge of the site and their meticulous handling of the complex elements.
