Ehrhart Griffin & Associates has been responsible for the Survey efforts on many of the City of Omaha's recent Parking Garages (Nos. 5,6,7, & 8). The standard designation for the City's garages has been "OmahaPark" followed by a number such as 4, 5, 6, etc. An example of one of the many garages that has been surveyed for the City by EGA is OmahaPark 6 at 16th & Chicago Sts., in Omaha, NE. Typically, a boundary and topographic survey is prepared for design considerations. In many instances, a Plat is also prepared and demolition follows to ready the site for the new construction. EGA assists the Owner in each phase from demolition and site grading (with volume computations) through construction layout.
